I am glad I found out that you are using this tutorial now. I have struggled to launch mybinder in the "intro.md" that tries to connect to the original site: "topocm/topocm_content/master" without success. Are you successful in launching mybinder in this repo, or in another repo, or are you adding a new repo?

I have problems with plotting packages part of the tutorial: holoviews and bokeh stemming from integrating the wrong version of the site-packages.
