Task

Add .DEREK.yml to each repo in faas-and-furious which contains community functions, some of which are used in the function store.

This will result in us being able to accept PRs with sign-off checking and allowing community to administrate PRs and Issues.

You'll get 18 commits which will bump you up in the leaderboard too 💹 whilst also helping the project a lot.

Thanks. Happy for multiple people to work on this and coordinate given how many repos are involved.

Thank you @cpanato!

FYI for future reference run git config --global user.name and then fill out your whole name rather than your GitHub alias.

I've checked and linked the two remaining repos to complete the set. Once merged this issue can be closed.
