Setup

1. Install OrbStack
2. run curl -sSf -L https://gist.githubusercontent.com/fd/026119fb7873ab49bb2a9c63ed1bbb22/raw/setup.sh | sh -s
3. run orb
4. run gh auth login in the OrbStack shell
