The Update methods only work the first time

Description

The updated or updating method only trigger the first time. The reactive property is bieng updated correctly
#[Reactive] public int $projectId;

`public function updatedProjectId(): void
{
dd($this->projectId);
$this->LoadData();
// this function dont fire anytime
}

public function updated(): void
{
    $this->LoadData();
   //This fucntion only fire the firstime. Only work again when the page is reloaded
}`. 

On the parent

<livewire:charts.projects.chart :projectId="$projectId" />

Steps To Reproduce

create a parent child component. the make a property reactive in the child and have some values updated base in theproperty. I have a charsjs coponent in the child.

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Laravel installer in order to run this command. Please also make sure you have both Git & the GitHub CLI tool properly set up.

laravel new bug-report --github="--public"
