Switch the wiki to https only.

It looks like current browsers will still load non-https images on an https website, they just have varying behavior of whether they indicate the page is secure.

I'm tempted to redirect the wiki to https now, before we solve the mixed-content image issue.

Alright, it's been long enough, and browsers have stopped changing the behavior of how they handle mixed-content, so I pulled the trigger and redirected the wiki to https today. The only downside now is that on pages that hotlink http-only images, the browser does not indicate that the page is "secure".
