FHIR EOB : priority attribute error

I was validating Davinci FHIR EOB resource against FHIR validator and I get an error for Priority attribute "Found a reference to a CodeSystem 'http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/processpriority' where a ValueSet belongs". The system specified has code and display still gives an error
