We should have a network visualization across time. Specifically:

One row per participant.
Time in the X axis.
Each "cell" represents a single message where the "width" of the cell is the time until the next message.
A final/header row that uses justifications that tells us the state of consensus.

From this, we can easily see how the network progresses.
