In light of notes-on-naming I propose we change the needs-ui (i.e. "needs user interface"...) to needs-design.
The advantage of design is that it is more widely applicable to our non-software issues too. 💭

Made the "executive decision" to rename. ✅

dwyl-labels-nees-ui-renamed-needs-design

But sadly, it doesn't UPDATE the label text when we do a label-sync:

Perhaps we aren't transferring over the id of the label ... 💭
So I had to manually apply remove the "old' label from the issues that had it and apply the new label to them. ⏳
