We removed input validation to business logic and some other requirements to V50.8.

Chapter and section texts and titles still contain input validation. Need to move those pieces to correct place and re-read entire chapter.

I think the Waiting for another should be vice versa. We need to make the changes first and then @csfreak92 can do the review part.
